Key concepts

One account, one organization. When you register, Estavo automatically creates an organization that is the root of all your data. Every property, unit, transaction, and team member belongs to this organization.

Roles control what people can see and do. Estavo has five roles: Owner, Manager, Accountant, Maintenance, and Viewer. Each role has a specific permission set. See Team & Roles for the full matrix.

Your plan determines how many team members you can add. The free tier is single-user. Paid plans allow 2–15 team members depending on the plan.

Exporting and deleting your account

Export All Data — Settings → Account → Export All Data generates a CSV download of all your transactions, properties, units, obligation records, and maintenance requests. Available on every plan, including free.

Delete Account — Settings → Account → Danger Zone → Delete Account (also available in the Android app under Settings). If you’re the organization owner, this schedules the entire organization for permanent deletion after a 30-day grace period: you’re signed out everywhere immediately, your data becomes read-only (still viewable and exportable), and you can sign back in and choose Cancel Deletion any time before the 30 days end. After that, all data is permanently purged and any active subscription is cancelled. Team members who delete their account are simply removed from the organization — org data is unaffected.
