Getting Started

Get Estavo running in under 10 minutes.

Before you begin

You need:

  • An Estavo account (sign up free (opens in a new tab) — 1 unit, no card required)
  • Basic information about your first property: address, unit count, lease type (short-term or long-term)

Setup path

  1. Quick Start — Create your account, set up your organization, and add your first property
  2. Add your first property — Walk through the property → unit → obligation setup in detail
  3. Log your first transaction — Once a unit exists, record income or an expense in the Money view

Free tier limits

The free tier includes 1 active unit, permanently. It is not a trial — there is no time limit.

If you have more than 1 unit, you can add a second unit and trigger a 14-day upgrade trial. No credit card required.

Import from a spreadsheet

If you're migrating from a spreadsheet (Google Sheets, Excel), Estavo provides downloadable CSV templates for:

  • Properties
  • Units
  • Transactions (income and expenses)
