Upgrading & Downgrading

Upgrading your plan

Go to Settings → Billing → Upgrade plan.

Select the plan that fits your unit count. You'll be taken to a secure checkout. Billing starts immediately; your unit limit increases right away.

Downgrading

Go to Settings → Billing → Change plan.

Downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

If you have more active units than your new plan allows, you'll need to deactivate units (by marking properties as Sold or Off Market) before the downgrade takes effect.

Exceeding your unit limit

If you add a unit that exceeds your current plan limit, Estavo shows an upgrade prompt. You are not automatically charged or locked out — you choose when to upgrade.

Cancelling

Go to Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. After cancellation, your account moves to the free tier (1 unit). Your data is retained — nothing is deleted. Units over the free limit become inactive until you either reactivate a paid plan or reduce to 1 active unit.

Data export

You can export all your data at any time from Settings → Data → Export. This generates a ZIP file containing:

  • All transactions as CSV
  • All properties and units as CSV
  • All maintenance requests as CSV

Data export does not require a paid plan.
